1. Acceptance of Terms / शर्तों की स्वीकृति
By accessing or using Pocketship.in, operated from VPO Gurera, Bhiwani, Haryana, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our platform or book services through us.
2. Scope of Services / सेवाओं का दायरा
Pocketship is a verified digital logistics aggregator connecting customers directly with independent packers, movers, and commercial transport operators. We facilitate price comparison, instant estimates, and vendor connections but do not directly own or operate commercial transport fleets.
3. Bookings, Pricing & Payments / बुकिंग, मूल्य निर्धारण और भुगतान
All estimates generated via our instant calculator are provisional based on user inputs such as distance, floor level, and inventory size. Final quotations are confirmed by verified vendors. Payments and advance fees must be handled transparently through approved channels as outlined by your service provider.
4. Cancellation & Refunds / रद्दीकरण और रिफंड
Users are entitled to free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours may incur minor administrative or dispatch preparation fees depending on the vendor's policy.
5. Limitation of Liability / दायित्व की सीमा
While we onboard strictly verified transport partners, Pocketship is not directly liable for unforeseen transit damages unless covered under specific optional transit insurance policies opted for during booking.
